About Ropehooks

Why there are 3 hooks and one rope in a pack, why not 4 or 5?

We believe that it’s better to use several ropes with less hooks than just one rope and many hooks. That way you have more flexibility, it looks better and its way more practical.

Why there are 3 hooks in a package the same color, I want different colors!

Yes you can have different colors, but you have to order different color packages and then you can mix them the way you like it. Be creative! 

How durable is it? Can I hang heavy items?

It all depends where and how you install the rope. Hooks and rope can withstand 50kg. easily, but your ceiling or mounting might not. Use common sense and consult with your handyman if needed.

I have a trouble with hooks slipping on the rope or knot slipping.

It’s impossible, if you follow the guide and install it correctly they can’t slip. If you have lost your guide don’t worry, you can download copy here 

Can I use my own rope?

Yes, almost any flexible 6mm rope will do just fine.

Are there separate hooks available to order on-line?

No, not at the moment. We stock only standard kits. However, if you need large quantity then contact us and we will find a solution for you.

Other things 

I have an Idea that requires different colors and/or quantities, do you take custom orders?

Yes, definitely! We are glad to work with designers and contractors to come up with special solutions. Contact us, and introduce your idea.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. If your country is not listed for some odd reason, contact us and we will find a way to deliver to you.

What is the sipping time?

EU usually 7-14 working days and rest of the world usually 3 weeks. But since the COVID situation it could be different.

What about returns?

We have 14 days return policy. Contact us and we will give you detailed instructions.

What about warranty?

Warranty is 2 years but it is designed to last for a lifetime. If something happens after official warranty contact us anyway because we like to know, that way we can improve the product.

Is your payment secure? Can I trust it?

Yes its secure, our payment providers are Stripe and Paypal, we don’t handle any credit card information ourselves.

Price seems a bit high for such a simple products.

We manufacture all of our products here in Estonia. Nothing is imported from China. Yes we could find a cheaper way to manufacture in Asia but we don’t want to do that. We believe that quality is more important than price.
